Job Description:
Soliant is hiring a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students in Lebanon, OR. The ideal candidate will collaborate with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver therapy services that foster communication skills and student success. This is a full-time, school-based position where you will make a direct impact on students' lives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy under the supervision of an SLP.
- Assist in developing and executing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Support students in individual and group settings.
- Document progress, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student progress.
- Participate in meetings and trainings as needed.
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders or related field.
- Oregon SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
