School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Soliant is looking for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist Assistant with a Bachelor's degree to work at a school in Bremerton, WA!
Job Description:
- Dates: ASAP - 06/17/2025
- Hours: 37.5 hours/week
- Caseload/Details: Awaiting caseload details, will update as soon as possible.
- Follow documented treatment plans or protocols developed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Document student performance (e.g., tallying data for the Speech-Language Pathologist to use; preparing charts, records, and graphs) and report this information to the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist during assessment of students.
- Assist with clerical duties such as preparing materials and scheduling activities as directed by the Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Perform checks and maintenance of equipment.
- Collect data for monitoring quality improvement.
- Hourly rate: $35-$40
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
• Current licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in the relevant state.
• Experience working with children, particularly in a school setting, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
