Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, school-based position in Lansdale, PA. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students with communication disorders, providing direct therapy services, assisting with progress tracking, and helping students meet their speech and language goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement speech and language interventions as outlined by the SLP.
- Provide one-on-one or group therapy to students with speech and communication challenges.
- Assist in documenting student progress and preparing reports for the SLP.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure student success.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district guidelines.
Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field.
- Valid Pennsylvania SLPA license or eligibility.
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well with diverse student populations and school teams.
