Job Title: School-Based SLPA Position in Richmond, VA
Job Description: Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) looking for a rewarding opportunity in Richmond, VA? Soliant is seeking a dedicated SLPA to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time position will primarily serve elementary school students, helping them achieve their communication goals in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist SLPs in providing speech and language therapy services
- Implement treatment plans and activities
- Monitor and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or equivalent
- State licensure or certification as an SLPA in Virginia
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required
