Remote SLP-CCC Opportunity
VocoVision is pleased to collaborate with a well-regarded school district in the Commerce, GA region, which is seeking a remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position for the 2024-2025 academic year. Job Highlights:
- Full-time position for the 2024-2025 school year
- 35 hours per week
- Contract duration: 09/25/2024 - 05/23/2025
- Focus on elementary student caseload
- Competitive hourly rate: $40-$42, depending on your virtual experience, with payments made weekly
- Position classified as an independent contractor
- Professional liability insurance is required upon hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech therapy, manage data collection, and oversee Medicaid billing and RTI/MTSS tasks
- Conduct remote evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses for speech, language, voice, and hearing issues
- Design customized intervention strategies to meet the unique communication and language development needs of students virtually
- Collaborate online with teachers and staff to effectively implement intervention plans
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in a school-based role is required
- Certifications needed:
- Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Georgia PSC teaching certification
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Must maintain current state clearances, including background checks and fingerprints
