Remote Job Opening: Speech Language Specialist - Mississippi Schools
We are looking for a passionate and skilled virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Mississippi schools. As a virtual SLP, you will support students in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in an encouraging educational environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Evaluate speech and language abilities of students
- Create and implement tailored education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to foster student achievement
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Mississippi state licensure as a Speech Language Specialist
- ASHA certification (CCC) required
- Experience in a school-based role is a plus
- Teletherapy experience preferred, but not required
