Remote Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity
VocoVision is collaborating with a prominent school district in Indiana to find a remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the remainder of the 2024-2025 academic year. You do not need to reside in Indiana; however, you must hold a license for both your home state and Indiana.
Position Details:
- Full-time for the 2024-2025 academic year
- 40 hours each week
- Focus on elementary students
- Competitive hourly pay: $49-$54 based on virtual experience, with weekly payments
- Includes both direct and indirect services
- This is a contractor role
- Professional liability insurance is required upon hiring
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct remote evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses for speech, voice, hearing, and language disorders.
- Develop tailored intervention plans to address each student’s communication, language development, articulation, and social communication needs in a virtual setting.
- Collaborate online with teachers and school staff to effectively implement interventions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in a school environment is mandatory.
- Licensing Requirements:
- Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Indiana teaching certification from the IN DOE
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Current state clearances (including fingerprints, TB testing if necessary, background check, etc.)
