Join Our Team as a Teletherapy Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas for the 2024-2025 School Year
VocoVision Teletherapy is actively seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to join our remote team from anywhere in the United States. This contract position offers flexible scheduling tailored to your preferences, competitive compensation with guaranteed hours, and opportunities for overtime pay. We are currently recruiting for the current semester, summer extended school year, and the upcoming academic year.
Job Responsibilities:
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, nurses, dietitians, and educators.
- Customized Therapy: Develop personalized therapy materials and conduct sessions tailored to the diverse skill levels of students.
- Assessment and Planning: Perform assessments and assist in developing behavior management strategies and crisis intervention plans.
- Caseload Management: Manage a caseload of students ranging from kindergarten through twelfth grade.
- Full-Time Commitment: Maintain a flexible full-time schedule, typically working 37.5 to 40 hours per week.
Qualifications:
- Credentials: Hold CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) and ASHA certification.
- Experience: Previous experience working with students is required.
- Licensure: Must hold valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible for state licensure.
- Desirable Skills: Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
