Job Description:
We're looking for dedicated and friendly Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) to join our remote team and work with students in Virginia. If you're passionate about making a difference and love the flexibility of working from home, this could be the perfect fit for you. We have both full-time and part-time positions available, all on a 1099 contract basis.
What You'll Do:
- Provide excellent speech and language therapy to K-12 students via teletherapy.
- Conduct assessments and create individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Implement therapy plans and track student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of the services you provide.
- Participate in IEP meetings and other relevant meetings as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest practices in speech-language pathology.
What We're Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Current Virginia SLP license or willingness to obtain one.
- Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience preferred, but not required.
- Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and tech-savvy.
- Great communication and people skills.
- Organized and good at managing your time.
- Reliable internet connection and a good work-from-home setup.
