Position Overview:
- Fully remote
- Immediate start
- 35 hours per week (3 days per week)
- Caseload of 50 students, ages 3-11
- Caseload shared with another SLP
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy services to students with speech disorders according to their IEPs
- Deliver therapy, track student progress, and adjust therapy plans to meet IEP goals
- Collaborate with school staff and maintain communication with parents to ensure holistic student support
- Maintain accurate records, including evaluations, progress reports, and IEP documentation

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting children and families
- CCC-SLP certification
- Maryland teaching certification
- Professional Liability Insurance (provided upon hire)
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet access
- Comfortable with technology (training on software will be provided)
