We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, remote position to provide teletherapy services to clients in Oregon.
Job Description:
As a full-time, 1099 contract SLP, you will be responsible for delivering remote speech and language therapy services to a variety of clients. This is a teletherapy role, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while making a meaningful impact on the lives of those you serve. You will be working with individuals of varying ages and backgrounds, providing evaluations, treatment, and ongoing therapy support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services through telehealth platforms.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
- Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Create and implement engaging therapy materials and activities.
- Maintain a high standard of care and adhere to all state and federal regulations.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training as required.
Requirements:
- Active and valid Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as an SLP.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language therapy principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience working with teletherapy platforms or the willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload remotely.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment.
Compensation:
- Competitive pay (based on experience)
- 1099 independent contractor status
