Job Description:
VocoVision is seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual Speech Language Pathologist for the 2024-2025 school year. As a member of our network, you will have the opportunity to work remotely, providing essential speech therapy services to students in Virginia. This full-time position allows you to make a significant impact from the comfort of your own home, utilizing VocoVision's state-of-the-art virtual toolkit.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services via our teletherapy platform
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
- Participate in virtual meetings and professional development sessions
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Virginia SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with technology and teletherapy platforms
