Position Details:
- Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop personalized therapy plans.
- Provide therapy services with a focus on articulation, language comprehension, and social communication.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and other professionals to create and implement IEPs for effective classroom integration.
- Monitor student progress, document therapy sessions, and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Oversee and mentor SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistants).

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with children and families.
- Previous experience in a school setting required.
- Active SLP License in Texas.
- Supervisory experience with SLPAs is preferred.
- Professional Liability Insurance (upon offer).
- Reliable home computer with high-speed internet.
- Comfortable using technology (training provided on software).
