Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Therapist in an effort to provide remote support a school district located in the Houston, Texas area. As a remote Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, and develop treatment plans from the comfort of your home.

Job Details:
- 2023-2024 school year
- Full-time or Part Time positions available
- Caseloads will be assigned based on district needs and professional experience, more details provide in interview
Benefits:
- 1099 Independent Contraction
- Weekly pay every Friday
- Guaranteed work hours for both direct and indirect services rendered, paid at same hourly rate
Job Requirements:
- A valid Texas SLP License is required, and a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent is also required
- Must hold ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence, SLP-CCC
- Liability Insurance coverage is required for this position
- Prior school-based experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments, Maintain accurate records
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
- Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress
