Location: Dover, DE (Remote)
Job Type: Full-Time, 1099 Contract, 37.5 Hours Per Week
Caseload: K-12th Grade Students
Job Overview:
We are seeking a committed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual services for students in Dover, DE. This is a full-time, remote, 1099 contract position working with K-12th grade students. The caseload is small and includes students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with ASD students and experienced in providing effective therapy remotely.
Position Details:
- Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days a week
- Caseload: Small caseload of K-12 students
- Student Needs: Must be comfortable working with students with ASD
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech therapy services to K-12 students
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school staff to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain proper documentation
- Utilize virtual platforms to deliver engaging, effective therapy
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Delaware SLP license or eligibility
- Experience working with ASD students is required
- Previous experience in virtual therapy is a plus
- Strong communication and technology skills
