Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech therapy services to K-12 students across New Mexico.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy sessions to address communication disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure the best outcomes for each student.
- Maintain thorough documentation, including session notes, progress reports, and communication logs in compliance with New Mexico's education and licensing standards.
- Offer support for students with a wide range of speech and language challenges, including articulation, fluency, voice, and language impairments.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Hold or be eligible to obtain a valid SLP license in New Mexico.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students who have communication disorders, preferably in a school setting.
- Prior experience in providing virtual therapy services is a strong advantage.
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with students, families, and educators.
- Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection (Note: Chromebooks and tablets are not compatible).
- WILLING to get Licensed with NMRLD and PED Licenses
