Job Description:
VocoVision is seeking a passionate and skilled Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist to join our network. As a VocoVision Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide comprehensive speech and language services to students in Virginia schools, all from the convenience of your home office. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on students' communication skills while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and intervention strategies.
- Provide therapy and support to students with speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to create supportive learning environments.
- Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
- Participate in virtual meetings and consultations with school staff and parents.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Virginia.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience working in a school setting.
- Proficient in virtual assessment tools and techniques.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and computer equipment.
