What You’ll Do:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments to evaluate students’ communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student progress and goals.
- Provide interactive and engaging teletherapy sessions that promote skill development.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school teams to create a comprehensive support system for students.
- Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions, evaluations, and student progress reports.
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering expert insights and recommendations for speech-language services.
Qualifications:
- Valid MI SLP license and ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- At least two years of experience in a school setting (teletherapy experience is a plus).
- Proficiency with technology and virtual therapy platforms.
- Strong communication and adaptability skills for remote learning.
