Remote School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Teletherapy with VocoVision

Are you a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for a flexible and impactful role in the educational sector? Soliant is seeking a skilled School-Based SLP to join our team as a 1099 Contractor with VocoVision, a leader in teletherapy services. This fully remote position offers you the opportunity to work within a great school district based in North Carolina while providing essential speech-language therapy services to students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teletherapy services to students in PreK-12 settings, addressing a range of speech and language disorders.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and create individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Develop and implement effective therapy strategies and interventions tailored to each student’s needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress and integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions, student progress, and IEP documentation.
- Stay current with educational and therapeutic best practices, including developments in teletherapy.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of North Carolina.
- Prior experience working in a school setting required.
- ASHA Certification required.
- Proficiency in using teletherapy platforms and related technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students and collaborate with educational staff effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload independently.
