Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and assess speech, language, and fluency disorders, implementing IEPs for effective interventions.
- Provide direct therapy, monitor outcomes, and modify treatment strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to foster communication skills.
- Conduct screenings, maintain records, and actively participate in planning meetings.
- Support students by advocating for their needs and providing professional training to staff.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
- Idaho Teaching Certification optional
- Idaho SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
Highlights:
- 1099 Position
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly Rate: $45-$50
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
