As a vital member of our forward-thinking teletherapy team, you'll collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide tailored therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and diagnose issues in speech, language, voice, and fluency; develop and implement personalized education plans (IEPs).
- Deliver therapeutic services, track student progress, and modify treatment approaches as necessary.
- Partner with educators, parents, and school staff to support and enhance communication skills.
- Conduct screenings, maintain accurate records, and actively contribute to team meetings for strategic planning.
- Advocate for students’ needs, stay updated with the latest research, and engage in continuous professional learning.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Washington Teaching Certification required in some districts
- Washington SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:
- 1099 Position
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly Rate: $45-$55
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
- School hours
- Clinical/Technical Team on standby
