Remote Speech-Language Pathologist Position – Maine Schools (2024-2025)

This remote role includes assessments, therapy plan creation, and teletherapy services designed to support student achievement.
Position Overview:
- Job Type: Full-Time (Part-Time Candidates Considered)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Location: Remote, Maine

Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Valid Maine state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years working with students with communication disorders.
- Teletherapy: Prior virtual therapy experience is preferred but not required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with technology; reliable computer and high-speed internet connection required (Chromebooks and tablets are not supported).
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Certification: ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual speech therapy services to K-12 students in Maine.
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students' needs.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's specific goals.
- Facilitate engaging and effective virtual therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with parents, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
