Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist
Location: Remote (Oregon-based)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Contract
Pay: $45+/Hour
Key Responsibilities:

Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and evaluations of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders using approved teletherapy tools and methods.

Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, client needs, and evidence-based practices. Adjust plans as necessary to meet evolving client goals.

Therapy Delivery: Provide one-on-one virtual therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms. Utilize a variety of techniques and materials to engage clients effectively.

Progress Monitoring: Track and document client progress, maintaining detailed and accurate records. Provide regular updates and reports to clients, families, and referring professionals.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with clients' families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to therapy and address any concerns or questions.

Education and Support: Educate clients and families about speech and language disorders, therapy goals, and strategies for supporting progress outside of sessions.

Professional Development: Stay current with the latest research, techniques, and technologies in the field of speech-language pathology. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:

Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Licensure: Valid Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure in Oregon.

Experience: Previous experience as an SLP, preferably with a background in teletherapy or remote service delivery. Experience with a range of speech and language disorders is highly desirable.
