Remote Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity - Virtual Position Based in Austin, TX
VocoVision connects passionate speech-language pathologists with rewarding virtual therapy opportunities in educational settings. We're seeking a skilled SLP to provide engaging online speech and language services to students in the vibrant Austin area.
Position Overview:
This full-time virtual position offers flexible scheduling within standard school hours, typically 37.5 hours per week. You'll work with a diverse K-6 caseload, providing individualized speech and language therapy services through our innovative virtual platform.
Core Responsibilities:
Our virtual SLPs manage a mixed caseload of 40-60 students, focusing on articulation, language development, and pragmatic skills. You'll develop and implement engaging online therapy sessions, maintain detailed documentation, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team through virtual platforms.
Essential Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive virtual speech-language evaluations
- Create and implement individualized therapy plans
- Monitor and document student progress through EDPlan
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings and consultations
- Provide parent/teacher training and support
- Maintain compliance with all documentation requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Active Texas state licensure or eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of school-based experience
- Experience with virtual service delivery preferred
- Strong technology skills and reliable internet connection
