Responsibilities:
- Identify and diagnose communication disorders related to speech, language, voice, and fluency; create and execute tailored IEPs.
- Provide direct therapy services, track student progress, and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school personnel to address students' communication needs.
- Perform screenings, maintain detailed records, and engage in team meetings to support comprehensive planning.
- Support students’ needs, stay informed on industry advancements, and engage in ongoing professional learning.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Virginia Teaching Certification optional
- Virginia SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
