Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency challenges; develop and apply individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Administer therapy, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Work closely with educators, parents, and staff to support communication goals.
- Carry out screenings, maintain comprehensive records, and take part in team meetings.
- Promote student advocacy, stay informed on industry trends, and pursue ongoing professional learning.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
- Oregon Teaching Certification optional
- Oregon SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
