Remote Speech Language Pathologist Opening in Santa Cruz, CA - Virtual School Based Role
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team in providing exceptional speech and language services to K-12 students. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while making a meaningful impact on students' educational journey.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for California SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience
- Strong knowledge of IEP process and special education regulations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct and consultative services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities
- Case management for assigned students
