Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) ready to make a real difference in students’ lives from home? We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic SLP to deliver exceptional virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.
In this position, you will support a diverse group of students, guiding them through their communication challenges and helping them reach their fullest potential. As a key member of our dynamic teletherapy team, you'll collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create tailored individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide personalized therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and evaluate disorders related to speech, language, voice, and fluency; create and execute tailored individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide therapeutic interventions directly to students and track their progress, making adjustments to treatment as required.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to effectively support students' communication needs.
- Conduct screenings to identify students needing further evaluation, maintain precise records, and engage in team meetings for thorough planning.
- Advocate for the communication needs of students, provide training to staff, and participate in ongoing professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Vermont Teaching Certification required
- Active Vermont SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
