About the Position:
We are seeking multiple full-time SLPs for the 2024-2025 school year to work in elementary, middle, and high schools in Chesterfield, VA. Specific school assignments will be determined based on needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct IEP services for ~50% of the workweek.
- Manage and write IEPs and progress reports.
- Conduct evaluations and write reports.
- Participate in IEP meetings and other required meetings.
- Plan therapy sessions and prepare materials.
Caseload Information:
- Average caseload: 45-55 students.
- Workload model ensures equitable assignments based on total IEP service hours, required documentation, planning, special programs, meetings, and evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure.
- CCC-SLP preferred.
- School-based experience is a plus.
