Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose disorders in speech, language, voice, and fluency; design and execute individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Provide direct therapy services, monitor student progress, and adapt treatments as needed.
- Partner with educators, parents, and school staff to address and support communication needs.
- Conduct evaluations, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in team meetings for effective planning.
- Advocate for students, stay informed about new practices, and engage in continuous professional learning.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
- Current Minnesota Teaching Certification required
- Minnesota SLP license optional
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:

- Hourly Rate: $40-$50
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
