Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students? We are currently seeking a Virtual School SLP to join our team in Nebraska. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely while providing vital speech and language services to students in need.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
- Provide virtual therapy sessions to students using evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' academic success.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress.
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and training sessions as required.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Nebraska state license or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Prior experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a virtual setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Comfortable using technology for virtual assessments and therapy sessions.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based services to students.
