Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Remote Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. In this 1099 contractor role, you will provide vital speech and language services from your home, conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and leading engaging virtual therapy sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Virtual Assessments: Evaluate students experiencing speech and language challenges through comprehensive online assessments.
- IEP Creation: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
- Therapy Sessions: Conduct interactive therapy sessions using advanced teletherapy technology.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote positive student outcomes.
- Record Management: Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and student progress.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working in a K-12 school environment is beneficial.
- Comfortable using teletherapy platforms and digital tools.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to student development.
