Job Summary:
VocoVision is seeking a licensed and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual services to K-12 students in Minnesota. This independent contractor position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to deliver high-quality therapy using VocoVision’s state-of-the-art teletherapy platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students’ speech and language skills.
- Design and implement personalized therapy plans in alignment with Minnesota state IEP requirements.
- Deliver dynamic, engaging therapy sessions via VocoVision’s teletherapy tools.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote student success.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and adapt therapy strategies as needed.
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings, contributing professional insights to support individualized education plans.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Active Minnesota SLP license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Experience in a school-based setting or with Minnesota education guidelines (preferred).
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with virtual communication tools.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
