Remote speech language pathologist-Brookfield Wisconsin
Soliant is currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a work from home job in one of our school districts. Teletherapy has become increasingly common in school settings. This provides several advantages to both students in areas unable to be staffed by on-site therapists, as well as therapists in need of a more flexible schedule.
In addition to the increased flexibility, tele practice allows clinicians to work all over the country from the comfort of their own home, eliminates transportation concerns, and enables them to pursue additional professional endeavors.
Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluations, assessments and diagnosis of speech, voice, hearing and language impairments.
Experience:
- 2-3 years in a school setting
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a virtual or teletherapy setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using technology for virtual therapy sessions and documentation.
Requirements:
- Must provide your own liability insurance and be comfortable with being an independent contractor
- Home computer with high internet speed
- Passed basic tech screening
This is a contracted position that is looking to be filled immediately. So we encourage you to apply as soon as possible for consideration.
