Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
- Provide engaging virtual instruction that supports diverse learning abilities.
- Collaborate with parents, educators, and school teams to create inclusive learning environments.
- Monitor student progress, adapt strategies as needed, and ensure compliance with Wyoming’s special education guidelines.

Qualifications:
- Valid Wyoming SPED certification.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience working with students with disabilities.
- Proficiency with technology and virtual learning platforms.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills in a remote setting.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home workspace.
