Are you a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a meaningful impact in students' lives from the comfort of your home? We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic SLP to join our team in providing exceptional virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.
In this role, you'll work with a diverse group of students, helping them overcome communication challenges and reach their full potential. As a key member of our innovative teletherapy team, you will collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver personalized therapy sessions tailored to each student's unique needs.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; create and apply individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Offer therapy services, monitor student progress, and adapt treatments as necessary.
- Work together with teachers, parents, and school staff to facilitate communication development.
- Perform assessments, maintain detailed records, and actively participate in team meetings.
- Advocate for students, stay current with field advancements, and engage in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Virginia Teaching Certification optional
- Virginia SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:
- 1099 Position
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly Rate: $42+
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
