In this role, you’ll have the chance to work with a diverse group of students, helping them overcome communication challenges and reach their full potential. As a member of our innovative teletherapy team, you’ll collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver therapy sessions tailored to each student’s unique needs.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; develop and apply individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide therapy services, monitor progress, and adjust treatments as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to effectively support communication needs.
- Perform screenings, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to team meetings for strategic planning.
- Advocate for students, train staff, and pursue ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Colorado SLP license
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:
- 1099 Position
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly Rate: $40-$50
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
- School hours
- Clinical/Technical Team on standby
