Are you a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) excited to make a positive impact on students’ lives while working remotely? We are seeking a dedicated SLP to deliver exceptional virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.
You’ll work closely with a diverse group of students, helping them navigate communication challenges and reach their academic goals. Partner with educators, parents, and other professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver therapy sessions tailored to each student’s specific needs.

Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; create and implement individualized IEPs for students.
- Deliver direct therapy services, track student outcomes, and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to support effective communication strategies.
- Conduct screenings, maintain accurate records, and actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Advocate for students, offer training to staff, and engage in professional development to stay current in the field.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or related field
- Massachusetts SLP license required
- Massachusetts teaching certification required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus

- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly Rate: $40-$50
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
