Remote SLP-CCC Position in Michigan – Immediate Hire
VocoVision is excited to announce an immediate opening for a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our remote team serving students in Michigan. This position allows you to deliver vital speech therapy services from the comfort of your home while making a meaningful impact on students' communication skills.
Job Details:
- Position Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)
- Location: Fully Remote
- Caseload: K-12 students with diverse needs
- Contract Type: 1099
- Pay Rate: $47-50 per hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet each student's unique needs.
- Deliver virtual speech therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to facilitate effective communication.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure therapy goals align with students’ educational plans.
- Monitor student progress regularly and adjust therapy strategies as necessary.
- Attend IEP meetings to provide insights on students' communication goals and progress.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Active SLP license in Michigan.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a school-based setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and technology.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
