Remote School Based Speech Therapist SLP-CCC

BlazerJobs is seeking a dedicated Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the team for the 2025-2026 school year in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This is a remote, full-time position offering 39 hours per week to provide virtual speech therapy services for K-12 students. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a variety of caseloads and make a lasting impact on students' lives from the comfort of your home.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct virtual speech and language assessments to evaluate and identify students’ communication needs.
- Provide individualized speech therapy sessions through a teletherapy platform.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each student.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, evaluations, and student progress reports.
- Adapt to changes in assignments and student needs as required by the district.
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering insights and recommendations for speech and language services.
What You’ll Bring:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist License in New Mexico (NMRLD and PED Licenses required).
- Flexibility and willingness to work with a diverse group of students, across various age groups (K-12).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with students and collaborate with parents and school staff.
- Proficiency in using teletherapy tools and technology for virtual therapy sessions.
- Ability to adapt to changes in caseload and assignment requirements.
