Remote School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Virtual – Serving School District in Maryland
Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Speech-Language Pathologist for a remote, full-time position to support students in Maryland. In this virtual SLP role, you will provide teletherapy services to students with diverse needs and abilities, making a real difference in their communication skills and academic success.
Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering high-quality speech therapy services remotely via teletherapy
- Managing a varied caseload based on district needs
- Performing assessments, creating tailored therapy plans, and ensuring individual goals are met
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and staff to support each student’s progress
- Keeping detailed and accurate records for therapy sessions, IEPs, and progress
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
- State licensure in Maryland
- 2+ years of experience in school-based therapy preferred
- Comfortable with teletherapy tools and platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
