Remote School Based Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | California
Soliant is seeking a dedicated full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our remote team in California for the 2024/2025 school year. As a member of our educational community, you will collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to provide comprehensive speech and language services to students from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
Job Responsibilities:
Conducting screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and goals for students
Providing direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups
Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to the development of students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active California state license in Speech-Language Pathology
Experience working with school-aged children with various speech and language disorders.
Strong knowledge of speech and language assessment tools and intervention techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals.
Ability to create a supportive and engaging therapy environment for students.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
