Role Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) SLP to serve as a Supervisor/Case Manager for our school-based team. In this role, you will oversee and support two SLPAs, ensuring high-quality service delivery to students. Your expertise will help shape the success of our speech and language programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor two SLPAs
- Manage and coordinate speech-language services
- Provide remote therapy services to students as needed
- Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement effective intervention plans
Special Requirements:
- Current Texas SLP License
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Proven experience in a supervisory role or case management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
