We are actively recruiting an Arizona-licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, remote school-based position. This role will allow you to make a significant impact on students' lives, supporting their communication development virtually. Position Overview:
- Location: Tempe, Arizona (Remote)
- Caseload/Population: Elementary to High School students
- Assignment Period: Full school year
- Start Date: ASAP
- Employment Type: Full-time (Remote)
- Certification: Arizona SLP licensure required, with ASHA CCCs
- Technology: Reliable high-speed internet and technology for virtual sessions
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver teletherapy sessions to students across Arizona, addressing a range of speech and language needs
- Assess, plan, and implement IEP-based interventions, tracking progress and adapting goals
- Collaborate with virtual teaching staff, administrators, and families to create a supportive learning environment
- Use virtual tools and innovative methods to keep sessions engaging and effective for young learners
- Document therapy sessions, maintaining up-to-date records and meeting state reporting standards
Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona SLP license with ASHA CCCs
- Proven experience in virtual or school-based settings preferred
- Strong technical skills and proficiency with teletherapy platforms
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion for working with students in a remote, interactive format
