About the role:
A remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for administering virtual assessments, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, and monitoring client progress through telehealth platforms. They collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to coordinate care and provide ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform remote assessments, evaluations, and therapy sessions for students.
- Design individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs and progress.
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure success.
- Keep accurate, detailed records of all therapy sessions, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families and staff to create a supportive environment for student achievement.

Requirements:
- Complete a Master's Degree: Earn a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Complete Clinical Practicum: Fulfill required supervised clinical hours during your program.
- Obtain State Licensure: Apply for licensure with the Minnesota Board of Speech-Language Pathology, providing proof of education, exam results, and background check.
