Remote Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) School-Based Position
Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a fully remote school-based role in Oregon. This position offers flexibility with both part-time and full-time options, including maternity leave coverage and an ongoing part-time need for the school year. There is also potential for additional hours as needs arise throughout the year.
Position Breakdown:

.8 FTE (4 days/week)
- School Level: Middle School
- Caseload: 37 students
- Duration: Maternity leave coverage through December 1st with high potential for an extension
- Support: Classroom paraprofessionals

.2 FTE (1 day/week)
- Grade Level: K-3rd grade
- Team: Work alongside 2 SLPs and an SLPA
- Duration: Year-long, with services continuing through EOSY (End of School Year)
- Expansion Potential: May increase to .55 FTE as additional needs arise, including potential medical leave
Qualifications:
- Active Oregon SLP License
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus
- Ability to manage a caseload and provide services in a remote environment
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech therapy services to students virtually
- Conduct evaluations, create and implement IEPs, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, and other staff members to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
