Soliant is dedicated to providing high-quality therapy and student support. We are seeking a compassionate, licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and deliver remote speech therapy services to our diverse student population across Washington.
Position Overview:
As a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide teletherapy services to students with speech and language impairments. You will collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to create personalized intervention plans, helping students achieve their full potential in a virtual learning environment. This role offers flexibility while maintaining a meaningful impact on student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech and language assessments and therapy to K-12 students.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other multidisciplinary team members to support student progress.
- Utilize teletherapy platforms and technology effectively for remote therapy sessions. (Provided by our company)
- Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate student records for compliance and reporting.
- Attend virtual IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed.
- Monitor and report student progress regularly, adapting intervention plans as required.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active WA SLP license and ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
