Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. This remote position will support two schools, one elementary and one middle school, helping students improve their communication skills and achieve their educational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the onsite SLP with evaluations and assessments.
- Provide speech therapy services to elementary and middle school students.
- Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Monitor and document student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Maintain open communication with parents, teachers, and other professionals.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Virginia state licensure and ASHA certification - CCC-SLP.
- 2 years of school-based experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
