We connect Occupational Therapists (OTs) with schools in need of support for students with physical, sensory, and developmental challenges. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Occupational Therapist to support K-12 students across Texas, delivering remote services that help students improve functional skills and achieve academic success.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide remote occupational therapy sessions to students, focusing on motor skills, sensory integration, and adaptive behaviors.
- Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to track student progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings to ensure students receive the appropriate services and accommodations.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and ensure compliance with Texas’ special education guidelines.
What You Need:
- A valid Texas Occupational Therapist license.
- A Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- At least two years of experience in a school-based setting (teletherapy experience preferred).
- Strong proficiency with virtual therapy tools and resources.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote work.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional, quiet home workspace.
