Position Overview: As a Remote Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide virtual speech and language therapy services to students in school settings. This role allows you the flexibility to work remotely while making a meaningful impact on the lives of students.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and screenings to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
- Provide virtual therapy sessions to students, addressing speech and language goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid California state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working in school settings.
- Proficient in using telehealth platforms for service delivery.
Requirements:
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Access to a computer or device with video conferencing capabilities.
- Comfortable creating and maintaining a virtual therapy environment.
Compensation: This is a 1099 contractor position, and compensation will be commensurate with experience and caseload.
